- All returns must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket or invoice
- Claims for credit cannot be accepted without prior notice
- Freight charges for goods returned will not be credited
- Custom and Non stock items will not be accepted for return or credit
- In order for items to be considered for return or exchange they must be returned in the condition to which they were sold and returned within 14 days.
- Engage Athletic reserves the right to repair items where possible and return without issuing a credit note
